Catalyst’s research enables us to recognize important market trends early on and identify world-class companies and management teams to capitalize on those trends. Catalyst invests in growing business at reasonable valuations and employs moderate to no financial leverage in its investments. We position our portfolio companies for a number of exit possibilities, including sales to strategic and financial buyers or IPOs. Catalyst generates returns on its investments through revenue growth and multiple expansion and does not rely on financial engineering – allowing the firm to invest throughout all types of investment cycles.
